What is the delivery time for my order?
When you order something from Ada & Bloom, the delivery time is a little different from what you may be used to. Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we save enormously on storage and transport costs. This makes it possible for us to price our products so competitively.

The average delivery time is 6 to 12 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

What should I do if I haven't received my order yet?
Due to the enormous interest in our products, your product may arrive a little later than expected. We appreciate your understanding. If this period has passed and you still haven't received anything, just send an email to support@ada-bloom.com. We'll then find out what is going on with your package.

I want to exchange / return my order — how do I do this?
To send a return, simply contact our customer service at support@ada-bloom.com. Include your name, order number (e.g., #0000) from your confirmation email, and the reason for the return. We'll then provide you with the return address and confirm the return. After that, you can send the product to us via a carrier of your choice.

What are the costs of returns?
Unfortunately, returns are at your own expense. The cost will therefore depend on the carrier. Consult the website of the carrier you wish to ship with for more information on prices.

What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?
There is always a 30-day return period. The return period starts on the day you received the item. However, there are conditions attached to returns.

You can only return the item if:

  • the return period has not yet expired;

  • the product is in its original packaging and all labels are still attached;

  • the product has not been used.

Which payment methods can I use?
We accept payments via VISA, Mastercard, and much more. If you're not sure whether your payment method is accepted, follow the steps on the payment page to view all available options.

All transactions go through secure and reliable payment systems and are therefore 100% safe.

What if I haven't received an order confirmation email?
That shouldn't happen — send an email with your full name and email to support@ada-bloom.com. We'll help you quickly.

Can I cancel my order?
Do you want to cancel your order for any reason? Send an email within 24 hours after purchase to support@ada-bloom.com. Include your name, order number (e.g., #0000) from your confirmation email, and preferably also the reason you'd like to cancel.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Absolutely. Size exchanges are free within the U.S. You can start an exchange through your account or reach out to our style team and we'll help you find the perfect fit.

What if my item arrives defective?
In the rare case that something isn't right, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include a few photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs. No questions asked.
