Refund policy
Returns
If you're not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of the date you received your package. Please include the completed return form together with your invoice in the return shipment — we're unable to process a return if the form isn't filled out in full.
To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached and showing no signs of wear or use. We reserve the right to decline a return if there is any indication that the item has been used or damaged after delivery. You can request a return form at any time by contacting our customer service team.
Please note: items purchased during a sale are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we've received your returned item, we'll either arrange an exchange as quickly as possible or refund the purchase amount to your bank account within 7 days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn't arrived yet, please work through these steps first:
- Check your bank account once more.
- Contact your credit card company — it can take some time before a refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as refunds may need additional processing time on their end.
If you've completed all of these steps and still haven't received your refund, please get in touch with our customer service team and we'll be glad to help.
Conditions
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
- Items purchased during a sale cannot be returned.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned — including lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, stockings, and skincare products. Returns of these items will not be accepted.
- Please include a tracking number with your return (at your own expense).
- On the day you ship your return, send us a photo confirming the tracking number.
- The return form must be printed and included inside the package.
- Items must be returned unused.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Every returned item is inspected; products damaged by the customer will not be accepted.
